High-precision ceramics achieved through extrusion molding of micro-pores and deep holes.
It is possible to manufacture fine-pore ceramics with a minimum aperture of φ0.02mm and dimensional accuracy of ±5%, making it suitable for miniaturized sensor holders and flow control components.
Pilot Ceramics offers high dimensional accuracy for fine holes and deep holes under 1mm, which are difficult to manufacture using drilling or laser processing. Thanks to our unique extrusion molding technology, we can produce holes with a minimum diameter of φ0.02mm and a length of 100mm. Both outer and inner diameters have a dimensional accuracy of ±5%, and variations within the same lot are minimized. Additionally, we can manufacture multiple holes and irregularly shaped holes. We will produce according to the specifications based on the drawings provided by our customers. The materials used are high-purity alumina, zirconia, and aluminum nitride. 【Features】 - Capable of producing fine ceramics with a minimum outer diameter of φ0.3mm and a minimum hole diameter of φ0.02mm - Capable of producing long products with an aspect ratio of over 200 (maximum length of 120mm) - Can manufacture deep holes with any wall thickness, from thin to thick - High precision with a dimensional tolerance of ±5% *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
